The aim of this symposium is to explore the engineering and applications of smart grid and to further stimulate the international collaborations in this field. The organization committee comprises The University of Manchester (UK) and Shandong University. We are bringing together the leading scientists from around 10 countries in North America, Europe and Asia

The symposium is hosted by the School of Electrical Engineering, Shandong University, and will be held in the Mingde Hall (明德堂) on the third floor of Xuefu/University Hoetl (学府大酒店) at  6 Qianfoshan Rd, Lixia District, Jinan, Shandong, CHINA（济南市历下区千佛山路6号）

The symposium is sponsored by the Key Lab of Power System Intelligent Dispatch and Control, a joint research center under the administration of the Ministry of Education, China, and Shandong University.
